Our Story
The founding owner of Bokaba Property Solutions has, since the eighties, lived in seven rented properties. His current property where he now resides is the eighth of the properties that he bought and sold over the period in question.
Moving in and out of these rented properties, including buying and selling, resulted in him and the family having moved around seventeen times. The journey above created an experience of what tenants and buyers go through and the challenges they encounter in the process.
The rental of these residences started in the township locations, graduating to towns and ultimately Johannesburg and Pretoria, including residing on a farm and smallholding for a period of twenty-four (24) years. Without any doubt, this has provided an adequate understanding of the needs of tenants and buyers across the various residential segments.
Bokaba is a qualified Master Practitioner (MPRE) as per the PPRA. In compliance with Regulation 4 of the Standard of Training of Estate Agents Regulations, granted him exemptions against National Qualifications Framework real estate qualifications, namely: Further Education and Training Certificate: Real Estate (SAQA QUAL ID 59097) and National Certificate: Real Estate (SAQA QUAL ID 20188).
These exemptions were because he holds post graduate qualifications Level 8 and has occupied senior and executive positions in various companies.
From the year 2021 to date, Bokaba Maluleka has progressed from a Full Status to Principal Property Practitioner and Director in a medium-to-large real estate company.
This exposed him to the management of a real estate company, including the management of a team of Agents in both the prospecting, securing of rental stock, and management thereof on behalf of the clients, including selling of properties in the residential and agricultural environments.
